Nestlé Nutrition Institute Workshop 103 - Little Plates, Big Impact: Shaping Healthy Eaters in Toddlerhood

NNIW103

The NNIW103 workshop —“Little Plates, Big Impact: Shaping Healthy Eaters in Toddlerhood”— organized by the Nestlé Nutrition Institute (NNI) and the Wyeth Nutrition Science Center (WNSC) with the aim to provide healthcare professionals with deeper, evidence-based insights into toddler nutrition. Over three days, international experts explored complementary feeding, common nutritional challenges, and the microbiome’s role in lifelong health. Sessions included practical approaches to complementary feeding; insights from the TOMI Study; the role of Young Child Formula; and strategies for managing allergies and digestive disorders. The workshop also addressed nutritional deficiencies and the links between nutrition, the microbiome, and brain development to promote optimal outcomes in early life.
